Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
All QC inspectors are trained for one month in the assembly line before being allowed to start QC.
Strict inspection would be conducted from the raw materials to the finished products and packaging. Every production line is overseen by 3 professional QC technicians, who conduct a piece-by-piece inspection before packaging.

Every point of the production process is inspected by a special QC member. Full inspections will be done before finished products are packed.

Sample Policy
Free samples from our catalog are available with freight collect. To ensure the prompt production of OEM samples, we begin sampling upon receipt of the T/T copy for the sample charge, and ship with freight collect.
Guarantee
We offer customers discounts, replacements, or air freight (at our cost) based on the specific issue. While we cannot guarantee zero defects in all deliveries, our quality standards and communication practices are aligned with the expectations of German clients.
Export/Import Support
We support third-party QC to check quality before delivery, and we have export license, we can provide clients needed documents like form A, C/O, embassy verified invoice.
